Key Policies

Guidelines that help us provide consistent, quality care

Illness Policy

Children must stay home if they have a fever (100.4°F or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness. They may return 24 hours after symptoms resolve without medication.

  • Fever-free for 24 hours without medication
  • No vomiting or diarrhea for 24 hours
  • Doctor's note may be required for certain illnesses

Discipline Policy

We use positive guidance and redirection. No physical punishment, shaming, or isolation is ever used. We help children understand their feelings and make better choices through age-appropriate communication.

Drop-off & Pickup

Please arrive during scheduled times. Late pickups may incur additional fees. Always sign your child in and out, and ensure we have current emergency contact information.

  • Sign in/out required daily
  • Photo ID required for new pickup persons
  • Notify us of schedule changes in advance

Weather & Closures

We follow local school closures for severe weather. Parents will be notified via text/email of any unexpected closures. We observe major holidays—a full schedule is provided at enrollment.
